Happy First Day of July, Good People!

A Few Things to do in July:

1. Finish grading final essays for my summer class
2. Attend a leadership conference
3. Finish writing an article on a very good novel on the 2010 Haiti earthquake: I am writing about how to teach the novel in undergraduate courses. It’s past due. I really feel bad about it. I love the book a lot and the author is one of my favorite writers/novelists 😢😿
4. Review a book proposal for a publisher
5. Review the final manuscript for my book on Jean Price-Mars
6. Interviewing for my book on Jean Bertrand Aristide (“Aristide: A Political and Theological Introduction”)
7. Review 4 books for a professional organization ‘s Book Award prize
8. Attend a doctoral dissertation defense for which I serve as the external reader.
9. Do a college tour with my son

***I have no idea how I am going to get all these things done in only 31 days and one month 😊
